8. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br />road construction. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal <br />problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City <br />Engineer. <br />9. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />10. Participation in the cost to fund the South End Interceptor is required. The <br />approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is <br />$0.0213/sq. ft, as of 8-4-81. The actual cost shall be computed by the <br />Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according <br />to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit <br />issuance. <br />11. Water - Domestic water is available and adequate. A fire hydrant is <br />required within 200 feet but less than 50 feet of the buildings. Hydrants <br />require a 6" service line. The hydrant must be provided at a location <br />approved by the City Fire Marshal. <br />12. Drainage - The developer will be required to provide drainage <br />improvements. <br />The City has developed a policy of offering developers an option on storm <br />water detention: <br />a. To construct an adequate system controlling the storm water, in <br />accordance with Ordinance 51478, <br />or <br />b. Install a simple transmission system, calculate the cost savings over the <br />onsite system and pay the City the difference. This cash payment is <br />accrued in a regional detention pond, fund and will be used for construction <br />of said facility. <br />In this case, the City wishes you to take the second option. <br />Provide drainage calculations in accordance with Drainage Ordinance 514- <br />78. <br />13. Present property descriptions do not describe this as a legal subdivision. A <br />recorded and approved property description must be provided for these <br />parcels. <br />14. The parking, service and roadway areas shall be paved with asphalt. <br />Appropriate drainage control must be provided for the surfaced areas, <br />including the approach to 7th Avenue. <br />
