Swardz, P.E. <br />The pu�pose of this inspection was to evaluate decay in the roof trusses, to the extent that a <br />reasonable amount of time and conditions permit. The iniHal presumpHon is that all elements are <br />adequate and proper. Statements, representatio�is or conclusions to the contrary are made only <br />when the inspecting engineer sees evidence which, in his judgnent, indicates the existence of <br />signi£�ca��t deficiencies. The inspection is visual only and does not involve the oponing or <br />exposure of elements concealed from view. <br />Wherever a deficiency of any kind is identified in this report, there is always a possibility that it is <br />associated with a lurger, more serious, niore extensive or more pervasive problem that is hidden <br />from vie�v or is beyond the scope of this inspect:on. Consequently, you should take whatever <br />action is necessary to ensure that ll�e full eYtent and implicarions of identified deSciencies aze <br />known. <br />To fully understand the importance of any deficiency, you should obtain bids for its correction. <br />Bids for repairs vary widely, with high bids sometimes being five to ten times the amount of low <br />bids for tha same work.
