The shearwall schedulc on pagc <br />19 of the structural drawings contains no nailing requircmcnt for this designation, <br />which is not succeeded by a number. The GW'13 is apparendy unspecitied. UIiC <br />310.2.2 and Appcndix ] 208 requires these walls to bc of onc-hour firc-resistive <br />construction and provioe a minimum sound transmission control cocfficicnt of 50. <br />2. The shear walls at east and west end ti�alls are also designated as SW2XGWII. <br />Please providc GR'B specifications and nailing requircments. Ono-hour firc- <br />resistive conswction is required bct�i•ecn thc garage and apartmcnts per Uf3C 302. <br />3. <br />� <br />The plans should indicatc thc requirement for one-hour fire-resistive construction of <br />the enclosed stainvay walls and soffits.
