The complete approval and <br />issuance of a Suilding permi[ will also be based on: <br />l. The decision of [he City of Everett Plannin; Department and iC's <br />intecar.etation of the zoning codes as applicable to [his s[ructure; <br />and <br />2. The annexaeion of tF.e subjec[ property in[o tl�e City of Everett. <br />The plans submLtCed were reviewed vith the use of the addition defined as a <br />po:ch, meaning a non-habitable, uncondiCioned space. If, at a la[er date, Che <br />addi[lon is to he finished.(i.e. install insulaCion, inCerior finish, slidinL <br />glacs door, floor covecing) a buildtng permit wou1C be tequired far the work <br />and [he applicant vould be required to conform to the Nocchwes[ Energy Code. <br />Once Che permit is issued for Che porch, }'ou vi11 be required [o request a <br />final inspection.
