June 10, 2015 <br />been working with Congressman Larsen's office on rail safety and a <br />Federal Rail Administration program that would provide for statewide <br />funding for railroad safety, grade separations, etc. <br />Council Member Gipson requested that the Mayor look into the City of <br />Seattle's Law Enforcement Assistance Diversion (LEAD) program. He <br />stated that it has been very successful in directing individuals to service <br />programs. <br />Mayor Stephanson stated that he would ask David Hall, Deputy City <br />Attorney, look into the program and report back to the City Council. <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />City Attorney Iles requested an executive session following the meeting <br />concerning one litigation matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) and one <br />real estate matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b).
