Marine View Drive. This proposal <br />has been revised in rrsponse to issues raised by neighbors in an appeal of the earlier <br />decision. The revised� proposed action is the issuance of buildeng and public works permits <br />for the construction of tour duplea buildings for total of eight (8) dwelling units. Design of <br />the site is presented on a revised site plan dated May 12, 1995, including a"Typical Front <br />Elevation" dated May 9, 1995 which are or. file with the City. Soils in <br />the area may have the potential to be designated as Dangerous Waste, due to high metals <br />content. <br />
