2ND REVIS[ON <br />MITIGATED <br />DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA #81-94 <br />8th Street Multifamily <br />REVISED JULY 6, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION �JF PROPOSAi,: The proposed action is issuance of buildin¢ and pubfic works <br />pemats for the constructi�n of a l6 unit apartment building on an approximately z3,660 square <br />foot site located on the �outh side of 8th Street SE, east of E. Marine View Drive. This proposal <br />has been revised in rrsponse to issues raised by neighbors in an appeal of the earlier <br />decision. The revised� proposed action is the issuance of buildeng and public works permits <br />for the construction of tour duplea buildings for total of eight (8) dwelling units. Design of <br />the site is presented on a revised site plan dated May 12, 1995, including a"Typical Front <br />Elevation" dated May 9, 1995 which are or. file with the City. Soils in <br />the area may have the potential to be designated as Dangerous Waste, due to high metals <br />content. <br />
