REPORT <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, HOUSING INSPECTOR <br />DATE: JUNE 6, 1994 <br />SUBJ: 10021 9TH AVE. W., EVERETT, WA <br />A contractor by the name of Cad Bumpass came into the office today with a copy of <br />the Notice and Order issued on this property dated April 20, 1994. <br />Mr. Bumpass stated that he was purchasing the property and indicated that the closing <br />date for the deal was June 20, 1994. He asked if we would be willing to hold off on <br />proceeding with the Notice and Order until that time.
