REPORT <br />FROM: MARIAN llENT, HOUSING INSPECTOR �v� <br />( <br />DATE: JUNE 20, 1994 <br />SUBJ: 10021 9TH AVE. W. <br />Greg Perry, listing agent, of John L. Scot[ Reality, called today and said that he had <br />two aeals m process on this property. <br />He indicated that the owner of the property• didn't understand everything that was <br />happening with the property and had asked him to call me in response to the Notice and <br />Order which had been issued on the house. <br />I advised Mr. Perry that this was slated to go before City Council on July 27th with a <br />R�solution for demolidon of the house. I would continue to proceed with this actiou <br />and advise Council of the possible sale of the property with the present deals pending. <br />At that time I would advise Council that I would hold the Resolution in abeyance for 30 <br />- 60 days. If the deals fell through, the city would have the Resol�tion for demolition <br />to fall back on for abatement of the house. <br />
