REPORT FROM: MARIAN llENT, HOUSING INSPECTOR �v� ( DATE: JUNE 20, 1994 SUBJ: 10021 9TH AVE. W. Greg Perry, listing agent, of John L. Scot[ Reality, called today and said that he had two aeals m process on this property. He indicated that the owner of the property• didn't understand everything that was happening with the property and had asked him to call me in response to the Notice and Order which had been issued on the house. I advised Mr. Perry that this was slated to go before City Council on July 27th with a R�solution for demolidon of the house. I would continue to proceed with this actiou and advise Council of the possible sale of the property with the present deals pending. At that time I would advise Council that I would hold the Resolution in abeyance for 30 - 60 days. If the deals fell through, the city would have the Resol�tion for demolition to fall back on for abatement of the house.
