If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br />appropriate charges will be estimated and GTE's Guaranty of Payment form will be <br />forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of GTE's engineering for <br />such rearrangement, a deposit will be required. To insure timely telephone service, GT� <br />requests ninety (90) days lead time for engincering, procurement, a,1d installation of <br />cable and/or GTE's equipment. <br />Please contact Michael Hupf, Senior Engineer, at 356-4052 should you require additional <br />information. <br />5. The Washington Stai�: Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br />reasonable means of conrr�lling air pollution, indudinb dust. Dust generated during <br />construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br />exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they le.:ve the site, and installing and <br />maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a major <br />dust source.
