Fire �Rnree�ion (s rp iak1�)iyste •_ An approved autumatic suppressioa system shall <br />be provided as required by Ciry Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Department and the Everett <br />Fire Department for examination ar.d approval. Such plans shall include plans for tne <br />underground mains that wifl supply the sprinkler system. <br />Aboveground sprinkler pipine shall be hydrostatically tested as established in NFPA <br />Standard 13. Underground piping shall be hydrostatically tested and flushed as <br />established I NFPA Standard 24 for private fire mains. All such tests shall be witnessed <br />by a Fire Department inspector. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this <br />project, please call Kurt Diartin of the District's Customer Engineering Office, Everett at <br />258-8291. <br />3. GTE Northwest Incorpr,rated has facilities near this location. However, any building <br />entrances must be coo�dinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation of <br />G'fE facilities that is n�quired to construct the ne�v apartmer.!s will be at the rotal expense <br />of the developer. Any relocation wilf take 60 to 120 days. Please contact Debbie <br />Condron, Engineer-OSP at 356-4053 if you have any questions regarding this building <br />entrance. <br />4. GTE Nonhwest Incorporated will provide service to the site. However, new telephone <br />cable construction will be required in conjunction with the site development. GTE's <br />engineering will begin when they are nor.ned of your construction schedules and <br />telephone requirements. <br />It will be the developer's responsibiliry to provide a suitable combination of conduit and <br />trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate GTE's network commur.ications cable <br />within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination �f conduit and/or trenching <br />is incorporated into the project to accommodate GTE's entrance cable, there will be no <br />costs to die developer for GTE's cable. <br />Q <br />
