The Bidder sh;ill promptly notify the PORT of ambiguities, <br /> inconsistencies, or eno�s, if an�/, which it may discover upon examination of the <br /> Contract Documents and any other data made a��ailable to the Bidd�:r relatin�t� <br /> the Work. The submission of a Bid shall constitute an acl:nowledgement upon <br /> which the PORT may mly that ihe Bidder hns thorouehly examined and is fumiliar <br /> with the Contract Documents and has reviewed all applicable federal, state and <br /> loca] statutes, reeulations, ordinances and em�ironmental documents relating to <br /> the ��ork and all permits which have been applied for and/or issued pertainin�to <br /> tlie Work. The £iilure or neglect of a Bidder te examine any of the Contract <br /> Documents, statutes, regulatiors, ordinances, environmental documents or permits <br /> sl�all not relieve the Bidder frorr any obli�ations �vith respect to the Contract <br /> Documents or the Work. <br /> B. Submittal of a bid indicates the Bidder has <br /> verified it has obtained all Port Contract Documents. For Contract Documents reviewed or do�vnloaded electronically from �eebsites, it <br /> is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that all documents are complete and tha[ <br /> all addenda have Ueen rcviewed prior tu submission of Bid. <br /> 1.3 Inspection of��'ork Site <br /> A. Bidder shall inspe;ct and compare the �Vork site and Contract Docucnents to <br /> evalunte the location of th� �Vork, tlre actual physical conditions of the site, and <br /> surface a�id subsurface conditions ordinmily encountered and genera]]y reco�ized <br /> as inl�erent in the Wurk.
