"I�he PORT reserves the right to correct mathematical errors or complete mathematical calculations that nre obvious on the face of the Bid. In the event of a discrepancy between a ui�it price and the extended amount for a bid item, the unit price will control. The prices, cuiTected for mathematical errors, shall he used as the amount of the bid items for evaluation and award purposes. 3.3 Claim of Error A Bidder claiming enor in its Bid must submit supportine e��idence, including cost breakdown sheets, witliin 24 hours of Bid openin� m�d p:ovide any other supporting documentation requestcd by the PORT. In the event the Bidder demonstrates an error in the Bid to the POR1''s satisfaction, the PORT may allow the Bidder to �vithdraw its Bid. 3.4 Responsive Bids The PORT, in its sole discretion, resen�es tl�e ri_lit to dctermine Bid irregul;iritics ��hich render a Bid non-responsive and to ��ai��e informalities and immateria] irreeularities in the Bid. A Bid mny be considered irreeular and may Ue rejected by the PORT as non- responsive for reasons including, but not limited to: I. If d�e bid fonn fu�nished or authcrized is not used or is altered; :. If the bid fomi or any required supplemental documents are incomplete, contain nny additions, deletions, coiiditions, ur othenvise fail to confonn to the PORT's requirements; 3. If the Bidder adds any provrsions reservin� the ri�ht to reject or accept the a��ard, or enter into [he contract; 4. If the Bid or Bid Guaranty is not properly executed, or shows an incorrect amount; �. If the Bid fails to include a price for every bid item; 6. If the PORT reasonably deems the Bid Guaranty inadequate; or 7.
