I hcsc soils are of <br />I'i high shear strength and thc site should be quite stable. It is our opinion that if the <br />recommendations in this rcporl are fully implemented and observed during construction and <br />I, following the completion of constructior., the arcas disturbcd by construction will bc stabilized <br />and will remain stable, and will not increase the potential for soil movement. In our opinion, thc <br />risk for damages to thc proposed development and from the devefopment to ndjacent proper'�ies <br />Gom soil instability should be minimal. <br />LIMITAT[ONS <br />This report has been prepared for the spcci.�c application to this projcct lor the exclusive use by <br />I IAMO Investments, LLC, and tlieir associates, consultants and contractors.
