Schroeder : <br /> In Nov . 1988 you call this office indicatinq that you wanted <br /> to keeo the house located at 1414 12th St. , Everett and that <br /> you wanted to rehabi�itate it. During o,�r conversation you <br /> were advised to obtain the necessary building permits along <br /> with electrical and plumbing permits for the work you are <br /> required to do on the house. Yo�� indicated that you would <br /> also board up the house to prcvent further entry during the <br /> period of time you plan on working on the house. <br /> Several inspections of the house and premises have been <br /> conducted since our phone conversation and I have not found <br /> any indication that you have been on the property. As a <br /> matter of fact, more vandalism is being done to the house . <br /> The City of Everett has no alternative but to continue with <br /> abatement of the house. This letter is to inform you that in <br /> accordance with the Planning Director Notice and Order dated <br /> October 27, 1908, a Resolution authorizing the demolition of <br /> the house will be presented to the Everett City Council on <br /> February 1 , 1989, at 8:30 a .m. in the Council Chamber�, City <br /> Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, Washington.
