Pope to I adopt Resolution No. 3119 authorizing the demolition oP a building I situated at 1414 12th Street as follows : WHEREAS, the City of Everett Planning Oirector has found that the building which is located at 1a14 12th Street to he a substandard building pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code ; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Planning Director issued an Order requiring the owners of the property to mal:e necessary repairs or to dzmolish the building; ar.d WHEREAS, the City Council finds that [he required repai .s or demolition have not taken place as was required in the Order; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Order issued 5y the Plann.ing Director was properly serveo on the Title (.ompany inte^ested in the property; and !
