Junior Memberships will be effective for three months from the date they are <br /> purchased. The requirement to complete the Junior Golf Program prior to the purchase of a Junior <br /> Membership may be waived by the Parks Director upon recommendation of the Golf Pro or Program <br /> Instructors. <br /> Section 2: That there will be a Junior Golf Program in accordance with the following guidelines: <br /> 1) The program will be made available only to residents of the City of <br /> Everett or students enrolled in the Everett School District, or attending <br /> private school or 'Home School' within the boundaries of the Everett <br /> School District; ages ten(10)through eighteen(18); <br /> 2) Participation in the Junior Golf Program requires each participant to pay a <br /> Junior Golf Program Fee. The fee shall be established by the Everett <br /> Parks Department and the fee shall cover the cost of instructors and <br /> supplies; <br /> 3) The program will provide instruction in Golf History and Traditions, <br /> Rules, Etiquette, Course Strategies and Skills Development; and <br /> 4) Upon completion of the program,the participant will be eligible to <br /> purchase a Junior Golf Program Membership Resident/Non-Resident Pass <br /> under the terms and conditions described in Section 1. <br /> -2- <br />
