The applicant is required to install <br /> landscaping within a minimum five feet wide strip along the �ide property lines and the rear <br /> property line except for driveways fo:each lot prior to occupancy of each dwelling. <br /> Conclusions: The proposal wilt comply with required landscaping per the City's Zoning <br /> Code. <br /> 8. Tl�e generation of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visual blight <br /> or otl�er undesirable impacts. <br /> Findings: The proposed addition wili not result in any additional nuisance impacts other than <br /> is commonly associated �3�ith residential uses. <br /> Conclusions: No noise, smoke, dust, oC.or, glare, visual blight or other undesirable impacts <br /> will be created except during the construct;on of the proposal. <br /> 9. Consistency with the gosls and policies ol'the Everett General Pl.�u for tlee area and land <br /> use designation in which the property is located. <br /> Findings: The site is designated 1.2 Single Family Residential Detached on die City of <br /> Everett's General Plan map. <br /> Conclusions: The use is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> 10. Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and other City, State and Federal <br /> regulatians. <br /> Findings: All necessary building and public works permits must be obtained for the proposal <br /> priur to construction. <br /> 2/3 <br />
