NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the building located at 3327 Lombard Ave., Everett, Washington, which is legally described <br /> as follows, contains conditions which endanger the life, limb, health, property, safety, and welfare <br /> of the public: <br /> Legal Description of the above referenced property is as follows; <br /> Lot 14, and the North half of Lot 15, Block 795, Everett Land Company's First <br /> Addition to Everett, as per plat recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 20, records of <br /> Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the above-described property is hereby declared to be substandard as is defined in the <br /> Uniform Housing Code. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the above-described property is hereby declared to be dangerous as defined in the Uniform <br /> Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> Section 4: <br /> That the Building Official is hereby authorized to have the building demolished and cleared from <br /> said premises. <br /> Section 5: <br /> That all expenses incurred by the City as a result of said demolition work shall be made a personal <br /> obligation of the property owner or an assessment against the property, in which case the City of <br /> Everett shall ask the County Treasurer to enter the amount of the assessment upon the tax rolls <br /> against the property and collect the same with regular property taxes and with interest at such rate <br /> as provided for in RCW 84.56.020. <br />
