�. <br /> � <br /> , , <br /> A"fTACHMENT "A" <br /> for Shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> SMA /�5-81 <br /> Construction of a 3,700 square foot office building and a future 4,800 square foot <br /> equipment repair shop, equipment storage yard, material storage, and fabrication <br /> yard wich access to existing dock facilities on a 7.88 acre site. <br /> The use will be marine oriented construction. The northern portion of the property � <br /> will be used for storage of material and prefabrication of components in preparation <br /> for shipment. The size of the prefabricated components will vary in height from 3 <br /> feet to 50 feet with the 50 feet being the extreme size and only fabricated on <br /> occasion. The average heigi�t will be 15 to 20 feet. "Che southern portion of the <br /> property will be used for equ':prnent storage, maintenance and repair and related <br /> office facilities. <br /> The office building will be a single story structure 13 feet in height. The future <br /> equipment reoair shop will be approx;mately 20 feet #�igh. <br /> The portion of the site not covered �y existing asphalt paving will be graded and <br /> covered �,vith a four inch gravel bas�a. New parking facilities will be provided for <br /> employees and visitors. Landscapino or a sight restricting fence will be provided to <br /> screen the view from 13th Street on the south and the public boat launch facilities on <br /> the north. <br /> Norrna! working nours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., five days per week, with <br /> occasional shift work as required. Fifteen people will be empioyed for office and <br /> yard operations, with a maximum of 75 employ�:es at peak periods. Employees will be <br /> hired from the Seattle/Everett area. <br /> Noise generated by welding, riveting and heavy equipment will be in the maximum <br /> permissible noise levels of 60 dba at the bluff and 70 dba on site less 10 dba for any <br /> night work. <br /> � <br /> _.; <br />
