The 1982 <br />' contract increases the hourly rate from $23 t-o $25 per hour. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Langus , to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 203� as follows : <br /> • A RESOLUTION reappointing James Driscoll as the City <br /> of Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner and authorizing <br /> the hiayor to renew his personal services contract. <br /> wHEREAS , Ordinance No. G92-80 created a Land Use Ilearing P•.xaminer <br /> Office in the City of Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 4 of Ordinance No. 692-80 �rovides for� the reappoint- <br /> ment of a Fiearing Examiner for a four year term; and <br /> wHEIt�AS , the Mayor wishes to reappoint James Driscall as the City of <br /> Everett Land Use E3earing Examiner; <br /> NOI9, TIIEI2EFORE, D� IT R�SOLV�D by the Everett City Council : <br /> 1 .
