'Chc height of thc utility building complies wiUi the pennitted height stated in <br /> the master plan. <br /> 3. The proposcd Uuilding complies witlt the lot covecage requirement s of the <br /> master plan. <br /> 4. The proposed off-street parking is ndequate for tlie parking demand Qiat will <br /> be gencratcd by thc utility building. <br /> 5.
