Althuugh drese comments do not substanhally change the environmental analysis provided for <br /> d�c Yroposed Iviitigated Determination of Non-Significance for this project, the comments have been <br /> addressed as follows: <br /> • Traffic-Related Conunents - Please see the response memo fi•om Michael Brick of die Traffic <br /> Engineering Division dated March 10, 2009. <br /> • Building and Sitc Design Relatcd Comments - Please refcr to the Plamiing Director's findings, <br /> conclusions and decision regarding the project proposal's consistency with the Master Plan Desien <br /> Standarcls and Guidelines pursuant to Ciry Ordinance No. 3090-08, Section II oP this Final MDNS. <br /> • Drainage - The City received a comment letter raising drainage concerns in relation to the <br /> temporary parking lot located on the subject property. Although tliis comment is related more <br /> closely to existing conditions on the site than to tUe proposed development, [he City is conducting a <br /> follow-up investigation and will be communicating with the affected property owner regarding <br /> further findings and possible solulions. <br /> Miti�ation Measures: <br /> The environmental impacts of this proposal are documented in the �nvironmental Checklist and other <br /> information on 61e with the Ciry. 'Che Iisted requirements are placcu in response to our review of this <br /> information: <br /> AGENCI�S `1'ITII JURISDICTION <br /> 1. A Notice of Construction must be obr.iined from lhe P::get S��und Clean Air Agency for Uie <br /> installation of underground fuel tanks. <br /> NIITIGATION OF ADVGRSE IMPAC'CS BY S�PA <br /> 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as t�> not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA <br /> �arth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adversc impact <br /> on Uie environment.
