Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. All improvements shall be completed and approved warranted before the Occupancy Pertnit is issued. 2. This project must comply with the cum.:nt City of Ever�tt Building Code. A build�ng permit is required. 3. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems iri accordance wiih Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revisions are applicable. These ci:3rges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated chargzs prior to building permit application. Ttie actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building permitis�uance.
