In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings rellecting N�e corrections requested. 1. Complete building plans are required prior to issuance of any permits (including foundation). The submitted plans indicate anchor bolts to be supplied by the metal building manufacturer and typica(ly other foundation reinforcements are required for a building such as this one. Please provide structursl details and calculations. 2. Without knowing the construction type and property line openin� configuration of the existing building a 20 foot minimum yard is required between the buildings to avoid one hour wall construction. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
