Boat Pressurc Wash Facility <br /> Jeff: <br /> 1�'e are transmitting the foundation calculations for the boat wash treatment shecl preparecl by <br /> Sverdrup Civil, Inc., the structural engineer for the project. The calculations establish a building <br /> anclioring requirement of 2 ea - 3/4" anchor bolts for each of the six building columns, which is to be <br /> includecl as a requirement of construction (see pages 8 and 9 of U�e calculations). Also, the column <br /> reinforcement is shown on drawing S-3 of the plan set, and calls for 3 ea - It 3 ties on the column <br /> pedestal below each building column (see page 9 of the calculations). I trust this information will support <br /> issuance of the shecl foundation building permit along with the site work permit to achieve the Yort's <br /> required conswction scheclule. We will be transmitting supplemental information to substantiate the shed <br /> wall construction type in the near fuwre.
