"fhis project <br /> proposes 11.2 acres of wedand fill, �vith mitigation consisting of purchasc of wetland mitigation <br /> credits trom the Snohomish [3asin Wetla%1 Bank (SDM[3). <br /> The JnRPA application indicates that a critical areas ordinancc review is being conductcd by <br /> local govcrnment (i.c., City of Gverett). 'I'o date, we havc not received an application. We also <br /> imderstand that the Corps of Gnginecrs in[ends to commencc a 30-day public notice starling in <br /> early October and have been in touch with Jim Green at thc Corps regarding the projecL This is <br /> a concern in lighl of die fact that you havc not yet compicted a SEPA review through the City of <br /> Lvcrctt. <br /> �Ve are requcsting that 13NSP pro��ide a completed SGPA application which indudes th� <br /> 1'oltowing itcros: <br />� • Application and 1'cc; <br /> • Bnvirmunental chccklist; <br /> • List ol'contiguous propert�� o�vncrs; <br /> • Detailed site plan witli prcliminary graJing details; <br /> • Wetland dclinea:ion and dassitication report prepared consistent with LNtC Chapter <br /> 19.37. This report must include mitigation details including wetland mitigation banking, <br /> and �iroposcd measures to protect cxisting wetlands and portions of wetlands that�vould <br /> not be filled but are immediately acljacent to filling and grading activities.
