The firet is the <br /> 5'tibdiviaion Ordinance 7�1119-85 as amended, specifically Section 4 I–"s, which <br /> ' states as follows: <br /> l,ihere there have been no dedications to the public and no <br /> � ealea of any lots in a short subdivi�3on, nothing contained in <br /> , this section shall prohibit a subdivider froo compl.etely <br /> . withdra,ring his entire short subdivision and thereafter <br /> presenting a neu application. <br /> � <br /> The second option would be a boundary line adjustment per the City's Doundary <br /> ? Line Ad.justment Ordinnnce. This Ordinance allowa adjustmenta of lot lines ae <br /> ' lon as <br /> g you 1) do not increase the number of lots, and 2) meet all Zoning Code <br /> ; requirements. <br /> I have enclosed spplicut3on instructions for both processes.
