F�blic 4�o:rks Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permit:> being issued. All improvements <br /> shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupa�cy Permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 2. Special charges for connection to the seH�er system in ir_coreance with <br /> Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall t,� comp�ted by tne <br /> Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the cime and accoi•din� <br /> to the information provided on the approved plans on tt ^ date of permit <br /> issuance. <br /> 3. On-site detentiun will not he required. An on-siY.e wet pond in series <br /> with a grass lined swale will be required. The wet pond must provide a <br /> minimum of a 6 no��r detention time for a 5-year storm. Participation in <br /> the cost of a :,lanned regional wet pond immediately east of this si;,e <br /> would be acceptable in lieu of the on--site wet pond prass lined sv�ale <br /> system. <br /> 4.
