Prior to the issuance of Building Pertnits, the Pianning <br /> Department must approve a plan for the on-site recreation facilities. Tot lots must be <br /> located in <:entral areas, where adequate supervision of children can be provided. <br /> 35. Building facade modul�tion and roi�fline variation must be provided per Section 15.050 of <br /> th: Zoning Code. The maximurn p�rmitted wall length without building facade <br /> m�dulation is 30 feet. <br /> 36. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br /> reasonable means of controlling air pollution, inclvding dust. Dust generated during <br /> constliction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br /> exposed soils, washing truck wh2els before they leave the site, and installing and <br /> maintaining clravel construction zntrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a major <br /> dust source.
