Violations noted: <br />1. Building open and vacant; substandard and hazardous <br />electrical and plumbing systems; building full of <br />trash and garbage. <br />2. Checked with Utility Billing - no water; occupied. <br />Building should be posted "DO NOT OCCUPY". <br />3. Building infested with vermin; windows broken. <br />4. Upper unit has no heating facilities. <br />2/13/75 - Unlawful to occupy - Owner Gerald Manley, posted by R. Royce. <br />2/14/75 - Memo from Walt Cooper - complete violation Sec. 1.207(b) <br />Fire Code. <br />2/18/75 - Letter from Doug Budden to Gerald Manley listing deficiencies <br />and that building has been posted "Do Not Occupy". <br />9/27/78 - Construction application signed by Gerald Manley to do the <br />following: <br />1. Electrical to Code <br />2. sheetrock <br />3. Foundation <br />4. Plumbing to Code <br />9/27/78 - Permit No. 5113 issued to Gerald Manley to do work as stated <br />on application. <br />9/27/78 - Electrical Permit No. 18377 issued to Gerald Manley for <br />altered 200 Amp service. <br />10/9/80 - Electrical Permit NO. 21695 issued to Tri-County Electric <br />for Bob Haggard for 3 - 150 Amp services (issued to <br />2111 - 16th Street; address should be 2211 - 16th Street). <br />
