J <br />2211 - 16th Street (Continued) <br />11/18/80 - No inspections as of this date. <br />11/18/80 - Doug Budden, Chief Inspector, City of Everett Building <br />Department, stopped at 2211 - 16th St. to investigate <br />work being done. Contacted personnel at job site and <br />they stated there was a permit for this project. <br />Permit alluded to had been issued to Gerald Manley on <br />9/27/78 and has since expired. Mr. Haggard, the present <br />owner, has no permit but had assumed Mr. Manley's permit <br />was valid. Mr. Budden told men on job to cease and have <br />owner contact the Building Department in person to determine <br />what can be done. <br />11/19/80 - In checking with Utility Billing, application for water <br />service had been sold to Bob Haggard for: <br />2211 A & B 16th Street <br />Legal Description: Lots 17, 18, and 19, Block 307, <br />Plat of Everett Div.
