To request a waiver return the enclosed <br />form. <br />Everett Municipal Code further establishes that all properties within 150 feet of an <br />available public sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay <br />to the Cily an amount eqi�af to the sewer service charges established for other users <br />of like kind. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer <br />connection charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the <br />City's intent to begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, currently $38.40 <br />per month for a single family residence, if this charge has not already been started. <br />A sewer connection to the City of EveretYs public sewer system requires payment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br />outstanding area bond and/or latecomer charges. This letter is intended fcr the <br />current owner of the listed property.
