<br />The site is, essentially, at the upper edge oi its drauiage basin, :;hich is one of marry
<br />sub-basins that drain into Kasch Park Bog. Onty minor runoff from the 1810 Avenue
<br />right-of-way enters the property.
<br />The parcel north of the site drains directly to Kasch Park Bog. Some runoff froni the
<br />subject parcei may flow northerty, but this can be considered insignificant. The
<br />southeast portion of the subject parcel flows generally southwesterly across the
<br />southem adjacent parcel into Kasch Park Bog. The portion of the site west of the
<br />existing home flows in a westerly direction.
<br />A French drain and shallow swaie along the north property line will intercept infiltrated
<br />and surface water to ensure that drainage from the site will not migrate off-site to the
<br />north, and to prevent saturated soil conditions that would impede the treatment and
<br />storage of runoff from the downspouts.
<br />The Southem Tier will continue draining southwesterly along its historic path Bubble-
<br />up basins will distnbute runoff to preserve the hydrology of the hc,c
