Complete the stairs smooth ready for new <br />carpet runner. Glue Cown a new $15 per square_ yard <br />(retail price for carpet) outdoor carpet runner in place <br />of the old one. Owner to select carpeE. <br />Railings. Check existina wrought iron railings, <br />repairing loose top cap and making sure railings are <br />secure in concrete stairs. Remove rust from railings as <br />much as possible and prime coat railings with metal <br />primer. <br />$ �S'9b� = <br />4. Paint Paint the front wrought iron railings black. <br />Pull the house storm windows and the window metal <br />awnings. Scrape off all loose paint from the entire <br />house exterior wood areas, with the exception of brown <br />porch areas, and prime coat all raw wood sur£aces cvith <br />appropriate oil undercoater. Give the exterior wood a <br />final coat of white exterior latex, Pittsburgh or <br />equal. This work shall also include painting the roof <br />soff.its and the front and side porch cover undersides <br />and the stair railings to the top floor apartment unit. <br />Use matching brown exterioz latex where brown exists. <br />Clean off inetal awning rust, prime entire awing, and <br />give them a final coat of oil exterior paint. Owner to <br />select color.
