The items are addressed on the plans as indicated <br />below. <br />1. Floor Plan and Elevation drawings now contain redrawn and relabeled <br />window configurations as requested in items #1 and #2. The botroms of these <br />windows are more than 44" above the }loor. Bedroom square footaoe has <br />been slightly changed to more accurately cxpress the size of the rooms. <br />Drawings 11so now have headers labeled as in item #3. <br />2. Halhvay dimensions as specificd in item t{4 have been added to Floor Plan. <br />3. New Iedger detail has been added ro Poundation Plan and detail plans <br />relabeled to include new detail as Dtl. A. Previous detail A is now Dtl. <br />4. There is no bathroom window, and the fire barrier was shown on original <br />plan. What might have been mistaken for a window has now bcen removed. <br />5. Minimum clearances have bcen addeti ro details and sections as per item #7. <br />6. Blocking (item #8) is already provided as per note in trusses on section, Page <br />4. <br />7. Double Top Plate (#9) is now called out on Typical Btiilding Section, <br />Drawino p. 4 <br />8. Anchor Bolt specifications (#10) are now included on Typical Building <br />Section. <br />9. AII ground under footings (#I I) is now labeled as undisturbed on sectio�s. <br />]0. Roof ventilation in [he form of continuous ridge vent has been added to <br />elevations. <br />11. Insulation baffle has becn specified as per item N13 in [he Typical Building <br />Section. <br />I hope this satisfactorily meets the corrections as specitied i�i your letter.
