According to Snohomish County Assessor's records the above <br />structures were constructed prior to December 1, 1956. <br />The residence fails to meet the required twenty-foot (20') rear setback from the north <br />property line for living space. <br />Refer to tlie attached site plan, provided by the property owner, for information regarding <br />specitic building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br />Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br />recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br />at the time of construction. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br />information upon which this decision was based is erroneous.
