A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public \Vorks Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be compieted before the Occupancy Permit ;s issued. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and irom the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public 1Vorks Department. 4. Standard street improvements are required on 18th St. and on Chestnut, , including concrete curbs, gutters, 5 foot concrete sidewalks and asphalt street section. 5. The alley shall be improved to City of Everett standards from tiie �orth property line. 6. Pubiic Worl<s Department approvai of a temporary erosion control plan is required prior to commencing site preparation. 7. A detailed drainage plan is required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attached cover sheet. • 8. On site detentio� is not required. Oil separation is required. 9.
