A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and <br />all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public \Vorks <br />Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br />are issued. All improvements shall be compieted before the Occupancy <br />Permit ;s issued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and irom the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the <br />Public 1Vorks Department. <br />4. Standard street improvements are required on 18th St. and on Chestnut, <br />, including concrete curbs, gutters, 5 foot concrete sidewalks and asphalt <br />street section. <br />5. The alley shall be improved to City of Everett standards from tiie �orth <br />property line. <br />6. Pubiic Worl<s Department approvai of a temporary erosion control plan is <br />required prior to commencing site preparation. <br />7. A detailed drainage plan is required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted <br />with the attached cover sheet. • <br />8. On site detentio� is not required. Oil separation is required. <br />9. Participation in the program to fund the North end sanitary sewer interceptor is <br />required. <br />10.
