NOTICE OF DECISION <br />AND <br />FINAL MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGN <br />SEPA # 05-050 <br />Lilly's Court 2 Condominium <br />December 19, 2005 <br />Description of Proposal: The applicarit is requesfing the issuance of Public Works and <br />Building Permits for the proposed construction of four (4) dupiex units including on-site <br />parking, open space and on-site recreationai facilities. The subject site also includes a <br />Category II Wetland with �n associated 75•foot protective buffer and a Category Iil <br />Stream with an associated 25-foot proter.tive buffer from its delineated ordinary high <br />water mark (OHWM). The applicant is raquesting a reduced buffer of 37.5 feet which will <br />be enhanced with native plants, trees and shrubs. The mature native species wiil <br />improve potential wildlife habitat on the subject site and also improve the functional <br />values of the on-site wetland.
