violation is not corrected, this Agreement may be terminated immediately by written notice of the aggrieved party to the other. 5. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only upon written agreement of the parties, executed in the same manner as provided by law for the execution of this Agreement. 6. Duties of the Contractor. 6.1 Services. Contractor shall serve as a Victims Services sub-contractor throughout the STOP Grant project. The Contractor shall maintain a legal advocacy program manager position partially funded to the amount of $15,588.00; the position will continue to provide training, supervision, coordination of services, reporting and contract management, providing program services to female victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, age 18 and older from Snohomish County. Services provided can include, but are not limited to, advocacy and outreach to underserved communities and relationship building, information and referral, crisis intervention, medical advocacy, legal advocacy, informing victims of their rights, development of individual safety plans, assistance accessing Crime Victims Compensation benefits, community education and awareness, and referrals to other community resources. Services provided by the Advocate shall meet the requirements set forth by Washington State RCW 70.123 and RCW 70.125, and by the standards defined by the State of Washington Sexual Abuse/Assault Services Standards. In addition, Contractor will continue to assist with development of interagency policies and procedures for coordinated community response and referrals; continue development of written reciprocal policies and procedures for cross-referral of clients with the Providence Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse; and continue to work in cooperation with the City and the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in carrying out STOP Grant responsibilities under STOP GRANT No. 2008-WF-AX-0008. 6.2 Community Response Team. The Contractor shall participate in enhancing the Snohomish County Coordinated Community Response Team to increase the safety of victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking and hold offenders accountable. The Snohomish County Coordinated Community Response Team shall meet monthly, or at last quarterly, during the contract period with a focus on issues related to responding to adult victims of stalking, domestic violence, and/or sexual assault, including victims from marginalized communities. 6.3 Reporting. The Contractor shall submit data quarterly in InfoNet, relative to the provision of services. Report data is due in InfoNet no later than January 15, 2009; April 1`5, 2009; July 15, 2009 and October 15, 2009. Contractor shall submit non-personally identifying demographic, service and compliance data required by state and federal funding sources in the InfoNet data collection system.
