violation is not corrected, this Agreement may be terminated immediately by <br /> written notice of the aggrieved party to the other. <br /> 5. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only upon written agreement of <br /> the parties, executed in the same manner as provided by law for the execution of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 6. Duties of the Contractor. <br /> 6.1 Services. Contractor shall serve as a Victims Services sub-contractor <br /> throughout the STOP Grant project. The Contractor shall maintain a legal <br /> advocacy program manager position partially funded to the amount of <br /> $15,588.00; the position will continue to provide training, supervision, <br /> coordination of services, reporting and contract management, providing <br /> program services to female victims of domestic violence, sexual assault <br /> or stalking, age 18 and older from Snohomish County. Services provided <br /> can include, but are not limited to, advocacy and outreach to underserved <br /> communities and relationship building, information and referral, crisis <br /> intervention, medical advocacy, legal advocacy, informing victims of their <br /> rights, development of individual safety plans, assistance accessing <br /> Crime Victims Compensation benefits, community education and <br /> awareness, and referrals to other community resources. Services <br /> provided by the Advocate shall meet the requirements set forth by <br /> Washington State RCW 70.123 and RCW 70.125, and by the standards <br /> defined by the State of Washington Sexual Abuse/Assault Services <br /> Standards. In addition, Contractor will continue to assist with <br /> development of interagency policies and procedures for coordinated <br /> community response and referrals; continue development of written <br /> reciprocal policies and procedures for cross-referral of clients with the <br /> Providence Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse; and continue to <br /> work in cooperation with the City and the Snohomish County Prosecuting <br /> Attorney's Office in carrying out STOP Grant responsibilities under STOP <br /> GRANT No. 2008-WF-AX-0008. <br /> 6.2 Community Response Team. The Contractor shall participate in <br /> enhancing the Snohomish County Coordinated Community Response <br /> Team to increase the safety of victims of domestic violence, sexual <br /> assault, or stalking and hold offenders accountable. The Snohomish <br /> County Coordinated Community Response Team shall meet monthly, or <br /> at last quarterly, during the contract period with a focus on issues related <br /> to responding to adult victims of stalking, domestic violence, and/or <br /> sexual assault, including victims from marginalized communities. <br /> 6.3 Reporting. The Contractor shall submit data quarterly in InfoNet, <br /> relative to the provision of services. Report data is due in InfoNet no later <br /> than January 15, 2009; April 1`5, 2009; July 15, 2009 and October 15, <br /> 2009. Contractor shall submit non-personally identifying demographic, <br /> service and compliance data required by state and federal funding <br /> sources in the InfoNet data collection system.
