Non-personally identifying client demographic, service and compliance • <br /> data shall be entered into, and updated in, InfoNet at least quarterly <br /> beginning with clients on whom an intake is generated on October 1, <br /> 2008 and thereafter. First quarter data (October 1, 2008 — December 31, <br /> 2008) shall be collected on all new client intakes as of October 1, 2008 <br /> and entered into InfoNet as soon as possible after the end of the first <br /> quarter, but no later than January 15, 2009. <br /> After the end of the first quarter, for clients served during the period <br /> October 1, 2008 — September 30, 2009, all non-personally identifying <br /> demographic, service and compliance data shall be entered into InfoNet <br /> no later than October 15, 2009. <br /> The Contractor shall establish and maintain written procedures for the <br /> security of InfoNet use at its site. Procedures shall include: <br /> • Only authorized staff are provided access to the InfoNet data and <br /> files; <br /> • Staff are informed of the need for security and confidentiality of data <br /> and files maintained in or available through the InfoNet system; and <br /> • That the Contractor shall notify the Department Program <br /> Coordinator for this contract when an employee is no longer <br /> authorized to access the InfoNet system. <br /> 6.4 Acknowledgement of Federal Funds. Contractor agrees that all <br /> materials and publications (written, visual or sound) resulting from award <br /> activities shall contain the following statement: <br /> "This project was supported by Grant No. 2008-WF-AX-0008, awarded by <br /> the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice. The <br /> opinions, findings, conclusions, and recommendations expressed in this <br /> publication/ program/exhibition are those of the author(s) and do not <br /> necessarily reflect the views of the Department of Justice, Office on <br /> Violence Against Women. Grant funds are administered by the Office of <br /> Crime Victims Advocacy, Washington State Department of Community, <br /> Trade & Economic Development." <br /> The Contractor agrees to submit to the City one copy of all reports and <br /> proposed publications funded by this Agreement not less than thirty (30) <br /> days prior to public release, publication, or distribution for review by the <br /> Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice. <br /> 6.5 Rights in Data. Unless otherwise provided, data which originates <br /> from this Agreement shall be "works for hire" as defined by the U.S. <br /> Copyright Act of 1976 and shall be owned by the Washington State <br /> Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development <br /> ("DCTED"). Data shall include, but not be limited to, reports, documents, <br /> pamphlets, advertisements, books, magazines, surveys, studies, <br /> computer programs, films, tapes, and/or sound reproductions.
