Iv 8.3 Final Inspection and Completion (16 hours) Existing Scope: In conjunction with City staff, perform the final inspection. Provide written certification of completion and conformance of the project to the Contract Documents. Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. 8.4 Prepare Construction Record Drawings (230 hours) Existing Scope: Prepare conformed as-built record drawings based on red-lined shop and contract drawings maintained by the Contractor for this project. Provide the City with an electronic and hard copy of the record drawings in an acceptable format. Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. 8.5 O&M Manual (64 hours) Existing Scope: Develop an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manual for the primary mechanical equipment, SCADA, telemetry and TRU systems individually and as an integrated whole. The O&M manual will provide descriptions and specifications of all hardware, software, programming, configuration, and operation of the system. The O&M manual will be used as a training document as well as for system custodianship. Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. 8.6 Training (20 hours) Existing Scope: Provide training on all manual, automatic, programmed, communications, and software operational aspects of the system. Utilize the O&M manual as a training document. Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. TASK 9 — Unanticipated Construction Period Services 9.1 Unanticipated Construction Period Services Existing Scope: None. Amendment No. 2 Scope: There have been several requests during the construction period to assist the City in addressing issues that have arisen during the construction period that were not anticipated when the original scope of services were developed.These are described below: • Alternate Clearwell.Design.
