• <br /> 13 <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. <br /> 7.8 Construction Meetings and Reports <br /> Existinq Scope: Attend biweekly construction meetings with the City staff and the Contractor to <br /> review project progress. City staff will establish agenda, preside over meeting,and prepare <br /> summary reports. The Engineer will review and provide comments on the summary reports. It is <br /> anticipated that the reports will summarize activities and issues, and will include a summary of: <br /> meeting minutes, completed and planned activities, schedule and budget status, potential <br /> delays and claims, and other project issues. <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. <br /> TASK 8 — Start-Up Services <br /> 8.1 Equipment Start-Up, Commissioning and On-Going Support (140 hours) <br /> Existing Scope: Assist with the start-up of new equipment and systems as requested by the <br /> City. Test SCADA, RTUs, and communications equipment for end-to-end data transmission <br /> integrity and accuracy. Test all HMI screens, data monitor screens, and trend screens, for <br /> connectivity, completeness, and accuracy of information displayed. Test HMI alarm, navigation, <br /> and security configurations and functions. Test trend screen functions. <br /> PLC -Verify the I/O wiring and functionality of all RTUs. Verify PLC program functionality and <br /> communications with SCADA. Verity the integration of the entire system and test end-to-end <br /> data communications integrity and accuracy over telephone lines. Assist the Contractor in the <br /> resolution of problems that may occur during startup. <br /> Provide one year of on-going support of the SCADA system as part of this scope. <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. <br /> 8.2 Substantial Completion (16 hours) <br /> Existing Scope: Assist the City in determination of the project"Substantial Completion,"which is <br /> defined as that time at which the project design features have been operational for a continuous <br /> period of 7 days, but during which there are additional tasks that must be completed by the <br /> Contractor to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents. <br /> Amendment No. 2 Scope: None Required. <br /> H:1CIient Everett_SEA\Contracts17094A10-Clearwell dsgn\Amend 21Exhibit A A-5 <br />
