8 Program Loan Review Committee. The loans for the housing projects will be paid back to the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> 12. For all Public Service Funding programs, Interfaith Association Operations, Cocoon House Operations, <br /> Snohomish County Human Services Weatherization, and Minor Home Repair approved in this <br /> resolution,the Mayor is authorized to execute the contracts and necessary documents to implement the <br /> approved projects. <br /> 13. The required application forms and information are to be sent to the U.S. Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> 14. The 2009 Action Plan and 2008 Action Plan Amendments are hereby approved to be submitted to the <br /> U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to complete all application requirements. <br /> 15. HOME and additional ADDI funds may be used for home ownership projects within Everett's Planning <br /> Area. <br /> 16.
