The TDP summarizes the prior calendar year(2008)performance and
operations (e.g., service hours, passenger miles, fleet composition). It also contains operating and financial
projections for 2009 through2014. The plan continues the systematic service restoration and strategic growth
for the next five years, fleet replacement and expansion, and capital facility development. The elements
within the TDP are also contained in the Everett Transit Comprehensive Plan adopted by the City Council on
April 30, 2003; therefore, Council acceptance, not adoption, is required for the TDP.
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the 2009-2014 Everett Transit Development Plan and 2008 Annual Report.
1 0 1
