4. The Planning Commission provided opportunities for the public to comment and considered <br /> those comments to help develop the Everett Riverfront District Development Standards. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT RECOMMENDS: <br /> 1. That the mitigation measures outlined in the Environmental Impact Statement documents for <br /> the Everett Riverfront District development standards and the overall projects are reasonable <br /> and necessary for the project and its implementation. <br /> 2. That the Everett City Council approve the Everett Riverfront District development standards <br /> which include: (1) Everett Zoning Standards for Riverfront Planned Development Project, <br /> (2) Everett Riverfront District Master Plan- Mixed Use Development Design Guidelines, (3) <br /> The Riverfront District Residential Guidelines, (4) Landfill Site Landscaping and Screening <br /> Requirements and are attached as Exhibit A. <br /> 3. That the documents for the development standards outlined above for the Everett Riverfront <br /> District and attached as Exhibit A are approved with the understanding that an ordinance and <br /> development agreement needs to be developed for the City Council review and approval. <br /> 4.
