In addition, notice will be provided to local <br /> financial institutions and to organizations that normally work with eligible families. <br /> • Describe significant populations with limited English proficiency within your jurisdiction and the plan for <br /> informing these populations of the available local NSP resources: <br /> Everett has a growing population of Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish speaking persons. The Everett <br /> Housing Authority will provide notification of the NSP resources to organizations and institutions that are likely to <br /> serve as conduits to such persons. This includes religious institutions, non-English newspapers, specialist <br /> agencies, and the Immigrant and Refugee Forum. <br /> • How are the NSP-assisted projects supporting the goals and objectives identified in your local consolidated <br /> or comprehensive plans? <br /> The City of Everett's Consolidated Plan encourages an increase in homeownership opportunities for low and <br /> moderate income families. This effort will be fully in support of that goal. <br /> Does your jurisdiction have a procedure for providing citizens the address, phone number, and times for submitting <br /> complaints and grievances, and providing timely written answers to written complaints and grievances, within 15 working <br /> days where practicable? <br /> ❑ No. CTED will contact you with assistance for meeting this requirement. <br /> Yes.
