The College notified the Everett Police Department of its desire to give 15 of the Glock <br /> pistols to the City of Everett for use by Everett Police officers. These pistols are models that Everett Police <br /> officers are currently using. EMC 2.105.020 grants the Mayor authority to conditionally accept gifts of <br /> personal property and the Mayor does recommend Council's acceptance of this gift of personal property from <br /> the Everett Community College. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution accepting a gift of 15 Glock pistols from Everett Community <br /> College for use by Everett Police officers. <br /> � 9 <br />
