March 22, 2017 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore provided a liaison report on his attendance of the <br /> Public Facilities District Board meeting last week. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the Transportation <br /> Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting. He stated the focus of the meeting <br /> was on the transit improvement project along North Broadway. He stated <br /> detailed drawings will be available for viewing at the Council office. <br /> Council Member Roberts also reported on his attendance at the National <br /> League of Cities (NLC) Congressional City Conference and stated he <br /> distributed to council members a federal list of priorities from the <br /> Association of Washington Cities. He also stated he attended the <br /> Harborview-Seahurst-Glenhaven Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy announced that the Budget Subcommittee is <br /> scheduled to meet next Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. in the <br /> Council Chambers. He also requested, with President Tuohy's approval, <br /> to move Consent Item No. 10 to the Action agenda. <br /> Council Member Murphy announced that Dr. Gary Goldbaum, health <br /> officer and director of the Snohomish Health District, will be retiring at the <br /> end of March, and reported recent and upcoming Health District <br /> organizational changes. Council Member Murphy introduced, and read <br /> into the record, a proposed resolution recognizing Dr. Goldbaum for his <br /> contributions to the community. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to approve Resolution No. 7089 recognizing Dr. Goldbaum <br /> for his leadership, education, and service to the public health of the <br /> citizens of Snohomish County. <br /> 86 <br />
