There is no cost adjustment associated with this amendment. This project is identified in the City of Everett Final 2006 Comprehensive Sewer Plan as Capital Project SE7-15. The existing sewer lift station facilities will be removed and replaced with new structures and equipment. This sewer lift station is located at 12,000 Silver Way (west of I-5 near 120th St SE). RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Murray, Smith & Associates, Inc. to extend the contract term to July 31, 2009 for preliminary engineering services for Sewer Litt Station No. 24 Replacement project with no additional costs.
