13 <br /> VI. CLIENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE <br /> Written information regarding the Client Grievance Procedure (required by Section <br /> XV of the Basic Terms and Conditions) shall be posted in a place readily visible to <br /> clients. <br /> VII. STAFF REQUIREMENTS <br /> The Contractor shall retain sufficient qualified employees or volunteers to perform the <br /> following services: <br /> A. Administration and staff supervision; <br /> B. Accounting; <br /> C. Clerical services; and <br /> D. Custodial services. <br /> VIII. NON DISCRIMINATION <br /> The following provisions are added to provisions contained in the Basic Terms and <br /> Conditions (HSD-2006-101-198) between the Contractor and Snohomish County: <br /> A. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Americans with <br /> Disabilities Act of 1990 (Pub. L. 101-336, 104 Stat.327). <br /> B. The Contractor and any subcontractor to the Contractor shall comply with <br /> Chapter 70.92 RCW (Provisions in Buildings for Aged and Handicapped <br /> Persons). The Contractor and subcontractors shall provide barrier-free access <br /> to and egress from facilities, meeting places, and structures that will enable the <br /> use of all program services for the disabled community. <br /> IX.
